Delacon’s survey application allows your organisation to quickly and easily conduct surveys over the phone with instantaneous data collated for analysis. Through our intuitive web interface, you can log into the system and download the results.

This fantastic solution allows respondents to provide their feedback either online using a web entry application or using their telephone via our unique Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application.
