Call recording data is stored online in real time, meaning you instantly have access to vital stats of the call, including the caller location and phone number (if available), the number dialled and the end destination, call time and duration, as well as the exact URL the customer was directed from, and the landing page of your website where they accessed your number.

Delacon’s innovative call recording technology can dramatically improve customer service in multiple ways. It decreases the occurrence of missed calls because:

• Businesses with multiple outlets can splay calls between their locations and sales teams, depending on the volume of calls each can handle.
• Time of day routing enables you to direct incoming calls to different numbers (eg mobile or landline).  You’re in control of routing changes through our web interface, and your routing changes apply immediately.

 Call recording also lets you easily return missed calls because:

• If a customer leaves a voice message, Delacon’s call recording technology instantly emails the voice message to you as a sound file.
• If a customer hangs up without leaving a message, you receive a missed call alert email containing the date, time and phone number allowing you to return the call.

Whisper feature

Before an incoming call from a prospective customer is connected, Phone Lead Alert can be configured to play a message to the person answering the call, for example, “Another great lead from XYZ Ltd.” We call this the “Whisper” feature.  It’s very useful for advertising platforms wishing to reinforce their brand to their advertising clients.  Clients will now know which calls are coming from their advertising campaign.

With the website interface our clients can:

• Set time of day routing, listen to voice messages etc.
• Obtain current call reporting data.
• Add and remove advertisers as required

Amend an advertiser’s details as required, including the:

• 1300 number(s) used;
• DID number to which the 1300 number is pointed;
• pick-up point to which calls are transferred;
• email address to which Call Alerts and voicemail messages are sent.

The Phone Lead Alert reporting system is updated simultaneously to take account of the addition of new fields and modifications to existing fields made via the web interface.

• Install time of day routing (such that incoming calls are transferred to differing numbers according to the time of day that the call is made).
• Update welcome messages.
• Make the interface available to individual advertisers so that they can manage their own 1300 numbers.
