Whisper feature
Before an incoming call from a prospective customer is connected, Phone Lead Alert can be configured to play a message to the person answering the call, for example, “Another great lead from XYZ Ltd.” We call this the “Whisper” feature. It’s very useful for advertising platforms wishing to reinforce their brand to their advertising clients. Clients will now know which calls are coming from their advertising campaign.

- Set time of day routing, listen to voice messages etc.
- Obtain current call reporting data.
- Add and remove advertisers as required
Amend an advertiser’s details as required, including the:
- 1300 number(s) used;
- DID number to which the 1300 number is pointed;
- pick-up point to which calls are transferred;
- email address to which Call Alerts and voicemail messages are sent.
The Phone Lead Alert reporting system is updated simultaneously to take account of the addition of new fields and modifications to existing fields made via the web interface.
- Install time of day routing (such that incoming calls are transferred to differing numbers according to the time of day that the call is made).
