How does it work?
After every call (or just after calls that go unanswered), an email or SMS can be sent to you with the following information:
- The caller's phone number (unless its a private number);
- The time and date of the call;
- The outcome of the call (eg line busy/not answered);
- A .wav file of the voicemail message (if left by the caller).
An example missed call alert email is:
Hi Delacon,
Just a quick message from Delacon Head Office to let you know a potential buyer just called you. The line was busy and the caller left a voice message which is attached to this email.

This email is fully customisable. If you're the head office, the email can be customised to the individual office that missed the call (like in the example above).
