Delacon’s Store Locator feature can either prompt a caller to enter their postcode and be routed through to the nearest franchise, or the store locator can pick up the state, city and exchange the caller is calling from. Calls are then automatically transferred through to the franchise closest to where the caller is calling from!If you always wanted your calls to be answered if a particular franchise is closed or maybe already on another call, the Delacon platform can also forward calls through to a central call centre or to the next closest franchise.
